TO DEFENDANT: It appears to the Court that Plaintiff is entitled to the
relief sought in her Petition for a temporary restraining order under
the provisions of Rules 65.03 and 65.07, Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure; therefore it is ORDERED that Defendant be, and the same is
hereby, restrained from publishing in any form any and all photographs,
slides, films, negatives, paintings, or reproductions of any type which
depict Jesse James MarxLennon from birth through the age of eighteen
(18) years old. Defendant is further restrained from distributing said
material via the World Wide Web or through any type of internet
communication pending further action in this cause.
Violation of this Order may result in a contempt of court charge
punishable by fine and/or incarceration.
